BY RENATA WIESE-Garcia, BLOGGER

When the city of lights and romance calls your name, you have to answer. I traveled to the beautiful city of Paris, France, when I was 15 years old and fell in love. Walking around the city made me feel as if I was the main character in a classic romance movie, and is a must-visit for hopeless romantics and wanderers alike. One will find beauty in every corner when traveling through Paris. From exquisite cuisine to the most breathtaking architecture, you will find beauty in every corner of Paris. Not sure where to start when planning your trip? Consider these must-sees when creating your itinerary:

Eiffel Tower

Though it may be obvious, this is one of Paris’s most famous landmarks and your trip will not be complete without a visit to the Eiffel Tower (especially if you’re a first-time tourist). This is the photo-op your Instagram feed is missing!

The Louvre Museum

The Louvre Museum is the largest art museum in the world. It is so massive that you could easily spend the whole day here browsing the many iconic pieces of art on display, including Leonardo da Vinci’s Mona Lisa!

Palace of Versailles

This palace is absolutely breathtaking and has housed the French government for over 100 years. When walking through, take note of the beautiful architecture and interior design before exploring the endless gardens.

The Lock Bridge

The lock bridge is also known as Love Lock bridge and it is known to many around the world. This is where you come with your friend, partner or even a family member to place a lock on the bridge and throw the key into the river. Placing the lock and throwing the key represents love for all eternity.
