5 At-home Workouts We Can’t Get Enough Of

Although the governor has allowed gyms to reopen in Ohio, we’re still a bit hesitant to be around so many sweaty people. Plus, we’ve been loving the convenience of our home workouts! Here are our five favorite workouts that require no equipment:

ABS & BUTT WORKOUT BY POPSUGAR FITNESS AND BRITTNE BABE

Good for: Burning your core & booty with no equipment under a time constraint!

YOGA FOR STRESS RELIEF BY YOGA WITH ADRIENE

Length: 35 minutes
Impact level: 1/5
Good for: Active recovery days & stretching out your fatigued muscles!
